Question: "How do I get over my ex?" -Stacy
Answer: "You can write all the highlights of your relationship into a notebook from beginning to end. Right now your love is like a story untold, kept between the two of you. When you write everything down it will give you an our-story-has-ended-now-it's-time-to-start-a-new-chapter feeling. The best thing you can do is have yourself a little fire. Take everything that reminds you of him: pictures, notes, gifts, etc. Line up the iteams from least important to most important to you. And have a little bonfire by yourself. Before you throw each object into the fire say you something you LIKE about him and then say "with that, I let you go" and throw it into the fire. Dont hold your emotions back. Don't try to be strong and not cry. If you do this, you're stronger than ever. Let yourself cry, get it all out. If the most important item is too important to burn, keep it somewhere put away. But limit yourself to only keep one thing. In the end he will always have a space in your heart, you can't change that, and it's okay! When you're done, you can watch it burn as long as you want or even until it burns out. If it helps, you can even bury the ashes somewhere. I would reccomend doing this late, so you can go straight to bed when you're done. I also reccomend waiting to do this until you're really ready to move on. To get your mind in a clean state, try yoga. I know it sounds lame, but it's actually pretty fun." -Alice Marvel
